Integrated Modelling and Sensing for Manufacturing

Get an overview of state of the art in Industry 4.0 technologies

ATV-SEMAPP is hosting this event in collaboration with InfinIT. Sign up for the event at ATV-SEMAPP.

The seminar consists of a blend of talks from industry and academia. It offers an overview of the state of the art in modelling and sensing for I4.0 implementation and presents integrated solutions by major players within the manufacturing and automation industry.

The ongoing digital transformation of industry is changing the future of manufacturing. For industrial production one important aspect is the integration of model based off-line prediction and optimization with real time information from sensors integrated in machines and production lines.

Reduced order models with lower computational requirement and fast response time can therefore run on quasi real time generated data providing the means for real time optimization and correction, fault prevention and predictive maintenance.

Integration, interconnection and communication are indeed key for harvesting the possibility provided by the latest technological developments.
